I began having bladder pain at 35 and it would get worse each day. I went to see a urologist several times and was told it was all in my head.

This January (2005) at 41 I had a ‘break down’. My adrenals were totally taxed and shortly after that I was diagnosed with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder).

As soon as I began taking an adrenal support plus Relora (a stress management supplement), my IC pain went away instantly that very same day I begin treatment.

Then I began therapy to deal with my long-standing PTSD due to a kidnapping/sexual assault I had at the age of eight which was left untreated. The stress from the PTSD taxed my adrenals and my low adrenals revealed terrible IC.

Now my body is free of pain, and so is my mind and soul. Had I not had my ‘break down’, I might be in pain and fear still.
