After two days of searing temperatures (It was 119 at our store on Sunday and 117 on Labor Day), we are now in a Red Flag Alert due to a very high fire risk. As I write this, our store and warehouse (800-928-7496) should be open tomorrow however conditions are quite dire and we are expecting high winds in the next 24 hours. Our corporate office in Santa Rosa is closed due to a public safety power outage. Thus, we are unable to read email, answer our patient support and corporate phone lines, etc. We hope to have power again Wednesday evening and are praying that we have no new fires that could affect any of us over night and in the next 24 hours. All prayers welcome. The conditions are absolutely hellish right now.

We are now back open but the fire is still unpredictable. We have been shipping orders for two days. Cross your fingers!!

Located in Healdsburg, California, the IC Network shop and staff are now under a mandatory evacuation due to a large fire just south of the property. While the fire is, we hope, moving away from the property, the Sheriff has shut down a large section of the county, all the way to the Pacific Ocean. We will not be able to perform any shipping or phone support from that location until the Sheriff opens the road and lifts the evacuation.
We will post updates here! Rest assured, once it is open again, we will start shipping your orders.
