    Edometrial Hyperplasia

    Advertisement :
    Hello,
I been having some odd spotting in between my periods (I'm 44) and had an ultrasound last week to check it out. It came back with my endometrium being thicker than it is supposed to be. I am waiting to schedule a consult with an ob-gyn- I'm feeling pretty scared about this and was told to expect biopsies. Has anyone been through this? Could this be related to my ic? I would really, really, really appreciate your prayers for peace, comfort, and provision.
    Thank you :-)
    Heather

I suggest making that appointment --- please make the call today. I understand that it's scary for you right now, but once you know what it is you're dealing with, it will become easier.

    Sending gentle hugs,
    Donna

Yes, I went through this too but I was 49 and had been bleeding non-stop for 3 years. Had the biopsy too and had nothing to do with my IC. Found out last year I have endometriosis.

Sorry, I know this is a little late, but I wanted you to know I had abnormal bleeding too and had an endometrial biopsy. It came back normal. As for if it's related to IC, who knows. I have always felt my IC started when my hormones started getting crazy (age 40).
