    Question No Cook/Prepackaged Dinners

    Advertisement :
    Hi everyone,

Going to go introduce myself in the forum later, but I have a kind of urgent problem for tonight. In addition to newly-diagnosed IC I have fibromyalgia and ME/CFS, and right now I am flared too badly to do ANYTHING in the kitchen. Normally in this situation we buy a cheesy sauce and put it on pasta, but I'm also having an IBS flare, and the cheese will mess me up. So...does anyone have any ideas for what my boy and I could eat tonight? I've not had a lot of luck finding no cook/no prep meals that work with the IC diet.

    Thank you!

If you're going to a store, you could get a roasted chicken and microwave a potato to go with it. If not, you could do the cheesy sauce for your boy and just have some pasta with butter, salt, and pepper for yourself. I'm sorry you're not doing well today.
