    I found a website that has a lot of ic friendly recipes. I've already made a few myself. She doesn't just post ic recipes so you have to search through but she does tag the ones that are. theblondetales.com

    There are also recipes on this site --- and they are IC friendly. I just looked at the site you mentioned and there may be some good recipes there, but they aren't necessarily IC safe. There are also some excellent cook books available in the ICN Shop. I use mine frequently.

    There's a link in my signature to the IC diet food list, which will help with meal planning.
