My mom & I both have IC and we are able to use Marie's Lite Ranch dressing. It's available in the refrig section of the produce at Safeway & Albertsons.
We don't use very much, just put it on the side & dip the fork in it.

    Hope that helps!

I take cottage cheese (which I didnt know I liked until this summer) and add some Italian herbs and some garlic salt and its not too bad. I was able to use the same dressing that was suggested, but lately it doesnt like me too much.

If you put the cottage cheese in the blender and add herbs, it makes a good salad dressing.

I found that I'm OK with Hidden Valley Ranch dressing. For me, the vinegar is my biggest trigger. The HV Ranch has like less than 1% of vinegar. MOst the other dressings I've checked have had vinegar in the top three ingredients.

    Good luck!
