Stanford - Christopher Payne MD Dr. Payne is nationally recognized as a leader on issues in female urology having chaired the 2003 NIDDK conference on interstitial cystitis and painful bladder syndrome. A frequent lecturer on IC at AUA conferences, his clinic is also a federally funded IC research center. Dr. Payne is often considered the best diagnostician in Northern California for both IC and pelvic floor dysfunction.
