The difference between Pyridium and Proced (Uritact)
Ever since I have had IC, i have been taking Proced for my IC pain. Just a few days ago however, after complaining to my Uro that it made me nauseous, she gave my Pyriduim to try instead. It seems to me that it is helping MUCH MUCH more than my previous med, which I took simply because I thought it was good to take something when i was in pain. It never actually made a difference.
Has anyone tried both of these meds? Which one works better for you?? Is pyridium more widely used becuase it is more effective??
I'm feeling great today. Hopefully it is the Pyridium that is doing it, because any med that actually makes me feel better is heaven sent!!

Pyridium can be very soothing at times. The worst thing about it is that it stains!
