When you go in for testing they will ask you what medications you are on, so you just list them. To be safe just bring your script bottles with you. That way you can show they were prescribed to you and says how often you take them. You'll be fine, I am a nurse and have taken several drug tests and have never had a problem and I was on some heavy duty meds. And just so you know under the Americans Disablitiy Act it is illegal for them not to hire you do to your IC so just try to stay positive and go luck. on getting the job...

I agree... just list the meds you take, and bring your bottles with you just in case. You can also give them your doctor's phone number. You should be fine, and good luck

I am a doctor, but I am the Ph.D. kind, not the M.D. kind. Thus, I am not a medical authority nor do I offer definitive medical advice. I can only explain the science behind many medical issues, and in all cases, I strongly encourage you to discuss your medical treatment with your personal medical care provider. Only they can, and should, give medical recommendations to you.

I had a drug test before starting a new job a few years ago. I had just had surgery 2 weeks before, so I still had drugs in my system from that. The test came back positive for drugs, but luckily I had the doctor sign a note stating what all drugs they gave me & that solved that problem.
