Survey for working women

Working women—don't they work hard enough? Is it too much to ask to be able to get a good job and keep it? A job with health insurance, time off for a meeting at school and a little vacation, something to put aside for retirement, a chance to make your voice heard and make a difference.

Usually we ask e-activists to take action by contacting Congress, the president or a bad boss. But today we're inviting working women to take part in the AFL-CIO's 2004 Ask a Working Woman survey—and we're asking working men to help us spread the word to all the working women they know. The responses we get from tens of thousands of working women will go straight to the top: We'll make sure the presidential candidates know exactly what concerns working women most.

Are you worried about losing your job? Losing retirement security? Paying for health care? Would stronger equal pay laws improve your life? How about rules limiting the pay of CEOs who lay off workers? Please click below to let us know:
