Vistaril/Hydroxyzine

Well I just wanted to share how well I have been doing lately. Yes, I still occasionally have flares, but I have been doing so good it is almost scarey to me.

I went off Elmiron about a month ago due to some side effects. So it has been Vistaril and diet and prelief as my main treatment. On Saturday my husband and I went gargage saleing all day. We got close to the neighborhood sale around 8 am, I went to the bathroom then. I didn't go again until around 10:30 to 11:00 then I went around 1:30 pm and then at 5-5:30pm. It was the same way Friday afternoon. 2-4 hour stretches.

I don't know if the longer you take Hydroxyzine if the better you get, but it was so nice. It was unreal!

I am so thankful for the days like this, I hope all of you can get to this point or better.

Dyno,

Do you have allergy? I was just curious if Vistaril may have better results on IC patients with allergy problems.

I used to have hives when I was in teenage, but now this problem seems under good control.

I do have allergies, and I don't know if that is one of the componets of my IC, but I am definately being helped by this medication. I am usually sleeping in 4-5 hour stretches now at night. I used to be up every hour or 2.

Peiti,
I tried to send you back a PM and your box is full. I will check in later.
