Post Does anybody work from home? Any suggestions for something I could do?

I have a professional degree but am unable to work. I have government disability. I am wondering if there was something I could do from home. I am not sure though if I make some additional money if they will deduct that from my disability amount. I assume so since the amount they give is the amount they deem to be appropriate (although it really isn't and my family still has to help me out even though I don't go anywhere). So then I guess it would be fruitless to push myself like that for no reason. Well anyway assuming there would be some benefit, is there anything anyone can suggest I could do from home to earn some extra money?
Thanks

Hi Elm,
I too have dreams of working at home, and am on disability. There is a great book that explains in TOTAL detail about working and being on disability, you can buy it in the ICN Shop, I got mine within 24 hours of ordering it. I must say that this site has the best S&H service I have ever received ordering from a website. I give it an A+++! Anyway the book is called Nolo's Guide to Social Security Disability, Getting and Keeping your Benefits. There are so many loop holes in the system, so the book is a very important tool. It tells you just how much you can make, it all depends on how much you are getting right now. Crazy I know, but that's the way it works.
I have sent away for many packets of jobs that can be done at home, and for me, my mind is set on billing, and or receiving. There are so many jobs that you can do at home, I have three catalogs that I bought from www.bestcatalogstores.com , I think I spent three dollars a piece on them, and they gave me hundreds of ideas to work at home. Good luck, I hope this information gives you some help.
