I knew I would remember the name .....Have you looked into ACCESS, to help with your medical costs? I is worth looking into if your income isn't to hight I know they can help you. It is important to get your pain manager and I hate knowing you are in pain. Please check in to ACCESS.
This is AZ medical assistance program. Hope I have been of some kind of help.

Joy, I had applied for ahccs, arizona health cost containmaent system, but was denied since my husband makes to much. but he is our only income, they only look at what comes in not what is paid out, and I have us on preety tight budget to keep us a float. Donna had mentioned medicaid so I am going to try and look into that today....
Thanx though...

Diagnosed August 2001

Current IC meds: Elmiron (since 2001), Levaquin (one pill after intercourse to prevent UTIs), Lexapro (since 2003 for depression & anxiety, but also helps my IC)

Past IC meds: Amitriptyline (Elavil), Hydroxyzine (Vistaril), Detrol LA (They all helped, but I was able to discontinue them.)

My IC story: http://www.ic-network.com/patientstories/kim.html It's very outdated now. I've been virtually symptom free and able to eat & drink whatever I'd like for several years now.

They may have been few in number, but they offer sufficient proof that everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms -- to choose one's attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's own way.” ~ Viktor Frankl
