Help! Flaxseed oil is helping so much with my dry skin, hair and eyes,but im flaring!
Is there a brand of flaxseed oil or tablets that helps you with constipation, dry eyes/skin/hair that doesnt irritate your IC?? I have all these dryness issues as a side effect of my meds for IC. UGH this is such a pain, please let me know which brands you all use. THANKS SO MUCH IN ADVANCE, my love and orayers are with you!

I am so sorry you are having a flare.Are you sure its the flaxseed, not the meds that are causing your flare? I flared from ditropan and Detrol. I take Natures Choice flaxseed oil capsules, available in many stores but I buy it from Costco. I also tolerate Bob's Redmill Golden Flaxseed which comes already ground. (I don't think I used flaxseed at first, when my IC was at its worst, so I can't say for sure,) but it seems flaxseed has never caused me any problems.
