Problems w/ Ibuprofen & Naproxen... Tylenol doesn't cut it! What do you take??

Hello everyone,

I had the Mirena IUD inserted a little over a month ago and have been experiencing somewhat constant cramping since my first period with it. I have endometriosis as well as IC (hence the reason I've chose to get the Mirena inserted... for period relief and because estrogen makes me flare...) and the only thing that seems to work for these cramping episodes is either Tramadol (which works well, but has recently started to keep me awake all night if I take it after 3pm) or Ibuprofen. Problem with ibuprofen, holy flare. Gets rid of one problem but adds to the other! Same goes with naproxen. Tylenol isn't cutting it and I need some advice on what else I can take (& function) for these daily cramps. Any pain relievers that have been successful for cramping and NOT caused an IC flare??? Thanks to anyone that responds :-)
