IC friendly antibiotics

Hi all,
Does anyone have any suggestions for IC friendly antibiotics? I've been battling a nasty sinus infection, and my doc put me on Biaxin XL, and for the last 2 days, I've had pain. I haven't done anything different, so I think maybe the medicine might be aggravating the IC. Just wondered if anybody else had taken this medicine and had a flare up, and what ya'll would recommend as IC friendly antibiotics for sinus infections. I wanted to get some info before I called my doctor and asked her to change my medication to something else.

Thanks!
Dee

Z-Pack Maybe?

I personally have had a lot of success with Cipro in the past. It is usually used to treat kidney infections so I don't know if it would do you any good with a sinus infection. Zithromax does wonders for me for a sinus infection and never seems to cause me problems. But for some reason I can never take Augmentin. It has always caused me problems.
Best Wishes. I will be praying for you.
