Just a question

Hey all: in the last week my nocturia has increased to once every hour. I'm on 25mgs of hydroxine soI decided to up it 50 (who needs doctors, eh?) Actually, I'm just kidding, I'm allowed to go that high. My night time toidy visits have dropped to 3-4 instead of 7-8, but my grogginess is increasing during the day. In fact, it's a real Pain in the you know what because between that, valium, and morphine, I can't drive to all these places. I have to beg folks to take me to doctor appts. Anyway...have any of you tried increasing a med like this for a short time then tried to cut back and see if it worked? I've been so good lately and now starting to get that zombie look and feel. Oh well

OH...here's an LOL...My 14 year old knows I've been taking yoga so she asked if I could do a back bend, from the floor, hands under my ears. I, of course, said "no way" but I tried just for fun. I never in my life have done one. I seriously thought I'd hurt my tummy with all of it's stupid adhesions. But, I did it, relatively easy, although I could only hold the pose for 10 secs...is that funny..? The Yoga is really stengthing and making me flexible. (I'm nearly 40 for pete's sake...) I did have to release the pose when my tummy started to yank, but otherwise I was fine.

See ya all.....

Oh Phooey...my junk mail filter must've kicked you out though usually I don't have a problem getting "unknown" people through. Did you try solfish37@hotmail.com? (lower case S) I also tried to e you but didn't get any response. I hate this techno stuff. Anyhow...I wonder if the buddy thingy works at the opening page...Is it like IMing, I wonder...? I think I'll play with it until my evening drugs take their effect and I'm doing thisssssssss on my screen. (always a good clue I'm tired)

so what board posting was it I made that was so awful sounding? There is another Tracey spelled the same way on the boards fairly frequently now and she was pretty bummed. Like I said, I go up and down, but think yesterday was fairly decent. Hell, my husband and I had sex for the first time in 14 months. Um..ok...TMI as my 14 year old says. I also always post script mine with Peace to all and rest well.
