Three tips...
If this isn't new to you.... sorry I got your hopes up.
The three things I do to help me get rid of a yeast infection.
1. Crush up acidophilus pills (or get powder) and pour into your bathwater while taking a bath. (Sometimes if I'm desperate I pat some of the powder on down there, wait a little bit and then rinse off.. tho it could irritate someones urethra... I may be a little crazy to do that one)
2. This sounds silly but shine a warm light down there! My grammy told me that's what she did before monistat existed.
3. After going to the potty use a squirt bottle to rise, and a blowdrier to dry...
the heat feels pretty darn good (just don't let it get too hot!)
Scientifically it sounds okay. Yeast multiplies in wet environments so if you keep it moderately dry... and acidophilus helps replenish the good bacteria...
Hope my regimen helps someone else too...

I can't help but think...yeast likes a warm moist place......cold may be a better option than heat. I do agree with the dry though....I am particularly catious about getting a yeast infection any time a bathe or do something that may make me extra moist down there.
Thanks for sharing.

How to get acidopholis into vagina
The way I get acidopholis into vagina is I use 1 mg of estrace vaginal cream, break open a acidopholis capsule into the applicator on top of the 1 mg (you have to pull back the plunger to make room), then attach the estrogen cream again and add another mg of estrace on top and insert.
