Just a thought about weight gain and Elavil

Hey all!

I just wanted to share something about weight gain and Elavil. I know lots of people who start taking Elavil are scared about the weight gain due to the side effects.

I am hoping that this might help some people out there. If you are just starting out with the Elavil and are trying to keep from gaining weight from the drug...you can give this a try to help you along the way.

I found this website called MyFoodDiary.Com and it is an online food diary that I use to keep track of my food calories and my exercise to keep me in check.
It's $9.00 a month. Pretty reasonable to me for what you get. It's easy to use and I've had a blast using it. Sooo for those out there who can't spend too much money on expensive weight loss programs...there's this you can give a try if you choose. I just wanted to share and hope it helps some people out thiere.
