Which fruits are the safest?

I know I still need to read all the books and handbooks on IC but for now I'm just seeking some quick answers.

With so many wonderful yummy fruits and vegetables in season right now, which fruits/ vegetables are the safest for an IC-er?

Today I bought a bag of cherries and a watermelon. I hope that's okay.

My elmiron pocket guide says only blueberries, melons (but not cantaloupes), and pears for fruit.

EDITED: Sorry, I meant for fruit only I'm not sure about vegetables. My elmiron guide says you can't eat fava beans, lima beans, soy beans, onions, tofu, and store-bought tomatoes. It says you can eat homegrown tomatoes and "some vegetables," but I'm not sure what those all are....the IC handbook that Katrina posted (http://www.ic-network.com/handbook/diet.html) seems pretty in-depth on both fruits and veggies! Sorry to confuse you, just thought I'd share since I got this little booklet today and found it interesting and useful
