Meds Not Working

Goodmorning Ic Friends, I have been on all different kinds of pain meds for 12 years for IC and now I take Diazapam and Lortab. The Valium and pain pills just are not working as good anymore. I wanted to know if there are any good pain meds people are taking. I understand everyone is different and can't be on the same medication, but suggestions are nice. I was also wondering if Flexiral would be better than Valium to relax me. My nurse is afraid to give me flexiral and valium. Don't understand but I do Know I need something different for 24/7 PAIN
Any suggestions or help would be appreciated?
Thanks Tanya

Right now I am taking Cymbalta, Ultram and Flexiral to keep my gremlin at bayon a daily basis. I have been doing well on these. I also take Lorcet Plus when in a major flare and also Prydium Plus.
