Can you have yeast without the itching/discharge?

I have had constant burning in my urethra for the past 4 weeks. I do not have any itching or discharge, but I was o alot of antibiotics. 3 days macrobid (when this all started), then 5 days Cipro (made the burn worse!), the 21 weeks of a low-dose antibiotic, than other 2 weeks. I was taking probiotics, but I wonder if I could still have yeast? To compound the problem, I just found out I am pg! I can't take the pill, but Nystatin is safe. I am afraid to insert anything up there because it might incease my urethral burning as it comes down. What do you guys think?

Agreed, yes sometimes you can have one symptom or none but do have a yeast infection. Sometimes it is the mysterious cause of a IC flare that I don't figure out untill I am worse. Sounds like you could have a yeast infection although some seem to get burning in their urethra from IC. I hope you feel better soon. To be sure you should probably see a doctor before taking anything that you don't need to.

It could be just the IC but I agree you see your doctor. I hope you feel better soon.
