Cysta Q in Canada
I have been going through a flare.... no doubt as a result of the holidays. I did not watch my diet very carefully and am paying for it now. So I referred back to the IC website. There is as a lot of positive feedback about Prelief but we cannot get it in Canada. Does anyone know if Cysta Q is availabe in Canada? Does anyone take supplements that are available in Canada that help with IC?
I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Gloria,
Sorry to hear that your having so much pain. I too found that it was hard not to eat the things we love during the holidays. I don't know if you can buy it here in Canada, but if you go to the Site Map at the top of the page (find it under "Browse our site")
and go to ICN Shop, I think that you can order it from there. I hope this works for you.
Take Care, Joanne hi

Hi,
Unfortunately we can not get Prelief in Canada. I grew up in a border town and when I went home last summer I went into Vermont to get it. You can order it on line.. but you would probably have to pay for handling and duty. I did when I got the IC kit!!! I am not sure about the Cysta Q. I sometimes use Baking soda to help neutalize the acid.. I am in a 5 day flare and heading to the Dr. tomorrow to get checked for a UTI... I am guessing it is all the choc etc at xmas.. I am on Elmiron and have been since end of Sept.. I was feeling pretty good up until this set in..
Hope you feel better!

Hi: I ordered Prelief online from their site. There is a link from the ICN site. It is not available in Canada and probably won't be for some time according to the sales person on the phone. She will send free samples of both the granules (can use for cooking) and tablets, then if they work you can order them. They are not that expensive, I think you pay 5.00 or so for shipping, and the tablets are 11.99 for 120 tab.

Thank you for the support and the response to my message. I have ordered the IC kit and will order Prelief on line.
IC is a terrible and discouraging condition and you have no idea how thankful I am for the IC web site. It sure has been an excellent reference for me since I was diagnosed.
Thanks again
