Exclamation OUCH! Flaring Again
Holiday foods and sex are to blame for this one. Yesterday my frequency was up slightly but I was virtually pain free. Last night I gave in my husband and my own desires. I am really paying for that decision now. This morning the burning and pressure have returned with a vengence. I was about to think I was going into remission but I guess not. IC continues to make my life miserable. I need it to go away before I go insane.

I had enough relief overnight last night and throughout the day today to make it through work. And now here it is a little after 11pm and my bladder is throwing a fit. I've got some heavy duty stabbing pains inside my bladder and the constant urge to pee is driving me crazy. It looks I am going to have go get checked out fo a uti just to be on the safe side. I feel terrible. I want to cry. I hate living like this.
