Vulvadynia Relief?

I have vulvadynia and my symptoms are dryness and itchiness. What therapies exist to treat these symptoms? Thanks in advance.

What works best for me is the AB-Cream,
means a cream with Amitriptilin (2%) and Beclofen (2%).
It has to be applied daily onto the respective spots.

Helps me a big deal....
