Elavil interactions with other meds

I've been taking Elavil for awhile, for headaches, but recently I didn't fill my prescription in time (had to get approval from doctor) and while I was off of it I did notice the one thing that was causing me problems which was when I went to pee - (thought the Elavil was the cause but the doctor said no it wasn't and put me on another med besides this one which is actually helping). Anyway, I am now taking Tamoxifen which has a host of medication interaction and Elavil is one of them. So, what works for you all? I know Topamax is on this list to avoid, but neurontin is ok, I am taking Lamitcal which according to this list is ok. Hoping the doctor can just adjust my medicines and not add anything. So if the doctor plays with my meds is Neurontin a good one to use?

Well, the doctors office called back, told me to wean myself off of Elavil and hopefully my headaches won't come back, he mentioned if they do then he will probably up my other medicine.
