Cymbalta taking away pelvic pain!

Wow, I haven't had any pelvic pain for 4 days straight now since I decided to go back on Cymbalta, 30 mg daily. I take it during a meal to help with absorption and then take a Klonopin at night as needed to relax the pelvic muscles and bladder and I don't wake up anymore with severe bladder and pelvic pain. I was being stubborn thinking I could go without these meds but now I realize I have to take them to have a decent quality of life. I haven't had to take a Vicodin since being on the Cymbalta for a week now. I sure hope this continues. I'm alittle tired from the Cymbalta but that's ok, plus last time I was on it I lost some weight. So for what it's worth, for me antidepressants do help with the nerve pain of IC and maybe it will help someone else reading this.

Do you find that the 30mg is helping with your mood? You aren't having any side effects from Cymbalta?

I've only been back on it for a week, so too early to tell about mood. I know last time I took it I had less anxiety. Side effects - dry mouth and some dizziness when I turn over in bed when first awake.
