Ginseng Tea
An acupuncturist has recommended Ginseng Tea for my aunt who has IC and other inflammatory ailments (fibro, arthritis). Does anyone know about this particular tea? Any others you might have had success with? Many thanks. Ratchada

I think he may be telling her to try it because ginseng helps with stress and fatigue which is very very comman with firbro IC and arthritis. Here are a couple of websites that explains ginseng a little better and might intrestest you. Ginseng
