Running Shorts

Some clothing styles make it easier for a discreet pee when caught short. Running websites offer advice to women when they need to urinate; wear running shorts and squat behind a tree or dense shrubbery and pull the liner to one side. This can be done with practice. Also, I have very stretchy baggy lycra shorts and have done the same with them.

Someone at coolrunning.com mentioned that his wife wore running shorts at the beach and took a pee in the sand by pulling the liner to one side while sitting at the end of her towel.

When people go rafting they just pee in the river. Many people at the beach do this also when they are swimming in the river.

I love being at the beach.....I can take long long walks like I used to

When we came back from camping this summer my husband was upset because I wouldn't take long walks here at home.........he said, you walked all the time at camp......(this is where I wish he would just ask gently for an explanation and not immediately think I am shunning him).......but of course at the beach...........either sand dunes or a quick romp in the water solves the problem.......so I can walk for hours and hours.......I hit 36,000 steps one day...........I feel free..................
