IC safe work snacks? Pumpkin seeds?

I'm looking for some IC safe healthy snacks to take with me to work....

I saw some organic roasted lightly salted pumpkin seeds at the grocery store and bought some. Do any of you find they flare you? I just want an idea of what I may or may not be getting myself into.

And... any ideas for other snacks? Right now I've just got mini marshmellows....

Thank you!

“These trials only test your faith to see whether or not it is strong and pure. Your faith is being tested as fire tests gold and purifies it. And your faith is far more precious to the Lord than pure gold; so if your faith remains strong after being tested, it will bring you much praise and glory and honor on the day of His return." 1 Peter 6-9

PLEASE read about antibiotic resistance. It is a growing problem, especially in the United States. We are running out of antibiotics that work effectively before scientists can develop new ones! http://www.fda.gov/oc/opacom/hottopics/anti_resist.html
