Lopressor
My Cardiologist has me on Lopressor 25 mg bid, but I have been taking only 25 mg once a day and then Ativan at night. So far I havent had any problems with run away pulse counts. I see him in two weeks and just completed the nuclear stress testing and I had to not take the Lopressor while I took the stress test with nuclear IV, then today I had the resting one with nuclear stuff. The Lopressor really does keep my pulse rate in the 70-80 range, without it my pulse is higher, but so far not as crazy as it was in the hospital, so maybe my body is getting stabalized after the Requip incident?

Sammi,
I take 20 mg a day of Inderol (Propranolol) it's a beta blocker. It did not do anything to my IC or bladder good or bad. I hope your body is going back to it's normal state.

Unrelated to my Indiana Pouch and Urethrectomy, which were very successful and have improved my quality of life to a much better degree, I’ve also been diagnosed with a very painful condition known as Pudendal Nerve Entrapment, with Vestibulodynia. It's a very poorly understood condition that could have been treated years ago had we known what it was.
