How about organic Yogurt?
Hey Everyone,
Does anyone know why yogurt is bad? I have the cookbook for ic and it has good explanations/suggestions as to why most of the foods to be avoided are bad. But it does not offer any suggestions as to why yogurt is bad. I looked at some regular yogurts and see that they contain citric acid and food coloring etc. which are bad.....is that the reason why?
Has anyone tried organic vanilla yogurt? I had some today and it does not seem to be bothering me.

I really miss yogurt and just bought myself an organic vanilla one the other day. But I've been a big chicken & it's still in the fridge because I'm afraid to try it!!! I'm encouraged to hear it was okay for you. Maybe I'll try a teaspoonful & see what happens...
I hope you found a new "safe" food! Hooray!
