    what works for me, for all that come here in pain!

    If you are in pain right now try this

    drink rice milk,
    eat rice,
    and eat bread,

    this gets down my flares

    youch .....that would make my IBS flare but that is just me. Glad you found something that worked for you!!

    really katrina? why do you think rice makes your ibs worse?
