Elmiron and Pregnancy

Has anyone heard or has anyone had experience with Elmiron and pregnancy? Can you take it during the pregnancy? Thanks =)

I was told by one DR that Elmiron was ok to take during pregnancy & another said no. I decided not to take it, however my symptons whilst pregant did subside quite a bit,which was great. It was only during the last couple of months that I had alot of bladder pressure which is normal anyway. In general it was the best I had felt in a long time.
I would double check with more than one DR before taking it whilst pregnant, you may also be lucky & find your symptoms ease off a bit. I was told being pregnant relases some hormone into the bladder which helps with IC symptoms?(not real sure on the details of that one though) I started taking elmiron straight after the birth of my son so I was unable to breast feed also. I decided it was best for me to try & get healthy.
