    Allergy shots - Have you flared? Positive or negative results?

    Hi,

    I recently started allergy shots. I am in a flare right now, and I am unsure if its from the Estrogen Cream I started or the allergy shots. If anyone has any insight on how they did with allergy shots, please post here. Thank you.

    I am sorry to hear that caused a flare. What exactly did you have injected? And have you had it since? I know anything related to to hormones can certainly cause me to flare, so I would not rule out the estrogen cream. And how have you been doing since? I hope better! Let me know.

    I started allergy shots about a month ago. I've been thinking lately that's why I'm out of remission and flared up. I thought it was dietary but now the shots seem to be suspect. I think that is possible because of the histamine release they cause. JenLDN , Did you figure out if it was the shots or the estrogen that caused your flare? I hope you are better now and were able to pinpoint it. IC people really have to be detectives!
