This is your monthly reminder about our IC support group meeting on Wednesday, February 8th, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm at my home in NE Portland: 6108 NE 45th Ave., Portland, OR 97218.

Our speaker is Dr. Heidi Peterson, a Portland naturopath who has treated many patients with IC. Dr. Peterson, or "Dr. Heidi", has a private practice and is also an adjunct professor at the National College of Naturopathic Medicine (NCNM) in Portland, where she teaches advanced topics in women's health and gynecology.

Please join us. Also, please RSVP as soon as possible so I can let Heidi know how many people are coming and how many hand-outs to prepare. Anyone interested in volunteering to bring refreshments please let me know.
