Awesome new articles on IC available!
Our sincerest Thank yous to the Female Patient: Special Edition on IC & Painful Bladder
This excellent series of articles were released this Spring by The Female Patient, an on-line medical journal. These are a must read for all IC patients, are very nicely done with excellent text, photos and more!
(1 ) "Interstitial Cystitis: One Woman's Story", written by Diane Judge APN, CNP, describes the life of a typical IC patient.
(2) "What is Chronic Pelvic Pain of Bladder Origin", written by Lee P. Shulman MD, is an excellent discussion of IC, it's physiology and diagnosis.
(3) "Living with IC" by Scott MacDiarmid MD, is a comprehensive and practical discussion of IC self help strategies, diet and therapies.
Please print these out and share with your support group leaders, families, friends and doctors!!!!!
