Teas
Anyone have any success drinking any tea without flares?
I know the approved list has a few on there, but was wondering if anyone had any tea reciepes or kinds to try with great success?

I can drink rooiboos tea, as well as herbal teas --- I'm a label reader and avoid flavored teas with citric acid or caffeine.
