IC friendly drink favorite
I take Hot water about 1 1/2 cups and then a tsp of Kava Coffee that is low acid and then i put about 3-4 Tablespoons of Silk Creamer and then alittle honey or alittle vanilla flavoring in it and I love that I have one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I can also keep some kava in my purse in a small asprin bottle and then when I go to the latte stand with my friends I just order steamed soy milk with a splash of vanilla and then I add my kava and then I don't feel left out when my friends are ordering a mocha I can have my favorite. I think you would like it too, I have also added kava, and steamed soy milk and then a little shot of Baileys and that is good to warm you up too and tastes great, I hope you will like one of these.

Just a heads up that soy milk & Bailey's are not IC friendly for everyone.Kadi

Great creativity!!! Awesome recipe and yes, as Kadi said, some of the ingredients can be irritating to some patients but that's okay. We'll have recipes for patients who are VERY bladder sensitive and then recipes for those who can tolerate more irritating foods.
