Portable Ice Maker
There really wasn't a good place to put this so I decided somewhere in diet would be good.
One of my ic triggers is my water I drink. I can't drink my water from my tap. Therefore my ice maker on my refrigerator would be using that same water. I don't have lots of room for ice cube trays.
So a few weeks ago we bought a countertop ice cube maker and it is so awesome. It makes a batch of ice in 10 minutes or less. It will make around 30#s a day.
I just buy bottled water, pour that water into the ice maker and I have IC safe cubes. I freeze them in freezer bags and it works out great. I can take it camping with me and never have to worry about running out of ice cubes.
The one I bought was around $100.00 on sale and as far as I am concerned it is some of the best money I have ever spent.Jolene
