Terramin Clay
Does anyone take terramin clay? A friend has recommended this natural product for balancing the acid in my body, as well as adding minerals and calcium. I don't want to take anything without some research. I looked it up and it seems harmless.....I just wondered if anyone out there has imperical knowledge of this clay.

That's a new one I hadn't heard of. I did a quick search and found it contains trace amounts of arsenic, chromium, gold, and tin. I don't think I am interested in trying it.

Thank you for for providing info on this clay and also for providing the disclaimer regarding its use/non-use for IC.
Definition for colloid...since it is not a common word to come across unless one is involved in science:

The second meaning provided by this link I believe would best apply in this situation.
