2nd round of Botox didn't work
had my second round thinkig COOL another 6months of some normal living!! Not to be!! back to the same old deal. havea foley catheter in again just for the releif. not sure what to do know My Dr gave me some effexor XR to take but they have me scared to take after reading all the side effects of withdawl GEEEEZ. going for disability as well (reluctantly) my life has been cut short it seems to me This is a horrible problem. most people take for granted normal voiding, unless this ugly problem knocks at their bladder then it takes up to 5 years to figure out what it is. there going to try a wire lead to my spine to block something I don't know but Im very deppresed and not getting my hopes up that this will work

I am so sorry the second round of botox did not work for you.
I hope you find relief soon!
It sounds like they may be going to try the spinal cord stimulator for your pain.....whatever you decide I hope you find relief.

)
Physcial Therapy, Cystoscopy with Hydrodistentions, Numerous Nerve Blocks, Neuromodulation-including Sacral neuromodulation(Interstim) and post-tibial nerve stimulation (Urgent PC-12week), Botox, bladder instills, physical therapy, natural(herbs)Current meds: Long list..just email if you are interested
Interstim implants--8 plus surgeries for them.

I hope that you feel better soon. It sounds like it has been a long road for you. sorry to here the botox did not work for you. I discussed it with my dr and decided that a hydro may work better for me in the long run. remember we are here for support if you need it!
