Sounds like T83 needs to explain her story..

On a happier note--the husband went to Lowes to see about having the glass replaced; came back with a new door. Seems this particular door was delivered to a woman only for her to return it due to it being the wrong door. Since it had already been drilled and prepared to be hung at her house, Lowes couldnt resell it for its original price of $300. Kevin got it for $100..:woohoo:
A happy moment for a change in my life!
D
PS---sad to be happy about a door..hahaha..had a happy moment a few nights ago as I got a new clothes dryer..all this happiness, I dont know what to do with..

Okay, my story....It was all "on a accident" as my youngest son used to say. I was weed eating one wonderful Saturday afternoon and I must have hit a rock or something and it hit the windshield of my hubby's car. It looked very much like the storm door, so I just assumed the same "accident" occurred! He had just bought his first brand new car and things just happen some times! I know I was supposed to move it, but who is to say the rock wouldn't have still hit it on if I parked it on the street.
When he purchased his 2nd vehicle (a truck) a few years later, I was trying to pull up a stubborn Juniper bush that I hated, so I put a chain around the bush and my hubby's bumper and proceeded to pull the bush out of my flower bed. I have to mention that about 4 men that lived on my cove all watched me while I was doing this without even asking me if they could help. I had already tried to dig it out! I pulled the truck forward and the sound to follow wasn't the sound of the bush being pulled out of the ground, but of the bumper coming off of the truck. So much for Ford Tough!!!!!
Needless to say, these accidents have not caused me to lose the "privilege" of working in the yard. I keep telling him that I need to stick to just planting and enjoying my flowers, but he is a slave driver! LOL!

Well, they aren't all spring pictures, except for the baseball field at Mississippi State. It's not even this spring. It is supposed to be a beautiful spring weekend, so I hope I can post some pictures next week of wonderful springtime, one of my favorite seasons of the year.

Misty Blue's first snow fall, March 2008

My granddog Maggie. My son called last night and said that Maggie was counting the days until we open our pool.

Ya think Mollie enjoyed the snow????

I love baseball, especially at Mississippi State. Go Dawgs!

Yes Tracey I read that story about the bumper being pulled off instead of the shrub. Too bad one of your neighbor men standing around watching did not have a video cam........ you could have been on America's funniest videos. Vicky
