    !st time with cystoprotek

    I got my 1st bottle in the mail today. I took one tab with lunch and then was going to take a tab with dinner. Has anyone else started at the 2 tabs twice a day? Is that the amount for IC or is 2 tabs three times a day? Should I start off slow and work up?
    Thanks for any advice.

    IC found on hydro 2/2004, total hysterectomy, rectocele and vaginal wall reconstruction 2/2004.
    I have had previous Heparin instills that worked great.
    8/2007 Pain, urgen/freq returned.
    Since then I have had weeks and weeks of instills,
    PFD diagnosed 02/2008 finally

    IBS
    Anxiety

    Fentanyl patch, Hydroxyzine, Klonopin, Tizandine, Climara patch

    I only took 2 tabs a day in the beginning too and found that was all I needed. Could tell the difference the first day. If I remember right they suggest the 6 pills for the first 3 months and then 4 after that.

    WOW! I just recv'd my first bottle of Cystoprotec on Friday 2/29. I started with 2 tablets in the morning with breakfast and 2 at night with dinner. I had almost an immediate improvement. I was diagnosed in January 2007 and have been on Elmiron as well. I am hoping this will do the trick. Along with the modified diet as well of course. I hope you have good results too.
