Touching and Self Humbling video
I dont know if anyone has heard this story before, but I wanted to share it. it really put things into perspective for me, reminded that even though I have a hard time with all the health stuff..that that is no reason to give up. this mans will to not just live but to LIVE . has really inspired me. and if HE can do it, so can we. I thought alot of us could use some inspiration. I hope you enjoy this video and are touched by it as much as I was.

Yes, I have heard it, but I hadn't seen this video. Thanks for posting it. I love that song and I have listened to it several times this week. This Sunday would have been my brother's 44th birthday. He was mentally challenged and he tried his best to have a normal life and was frustrated with his limitations. He died after a lengthy battle of cancer of the lungs and brain a year ago last July. This is a very emotional week for me and watching that video made me remember that my brother is perfect now and no longer has limitations.
Thanks,
Tracey

Melody...Thank you for posting this video. I have seen it before. It is very inspiring and touching. "I Can Only Imagine" is one of my favorite songs. It never ceases to give me chills and bring a tear to my eyes. I think this young man was gifted with a father like that.

Tracey,
I lost my sister to cancer also...,A rare form of Melanoma, we lost her 4 years ago and halloween would have been her 34th birthday. she was an AMAZING women. This song "I can only imagine" was her favorite song. well its kinda awesome to think that she doesnt have to imagine anymore...shes living it.. makes me kinda jealous sometimes...not that i want to die, just that she is in such an awesome place and in NO pain..NO discomfort...NO sadness. I would never ask her to come back even if I was given the chance...and she was my best friend n the world. she didnt have the disabiities this man had, but she sure was a fighter like him. she wasnt going down with out a fight.
Maybe my sister and your bother have met hehe
Love,
Melody~Melody~

I am sorry about your sister.
I remember when my brother died, I was so upset because he never got a chance to live the normal life he wanted to. He was 17 months older than me, and we were each other's protector during our time growing up, but I quickly realized that he didn't need to live a normal life, he was now living the perfect life.

I am sorry for everyone's loss. It is so hard to lose a loved one.
This is an amazing video. That young man knows what true love is....wow!!
I also love the song. My son used that song in part of his wedding video and it was so beautiful.
Love to all,
