how do you make banana chips?
I bought some in the store and they are really yummy and thought about making my own. I have a food dehydrater but anything put into that turns like rubber. So I was wondering if they are baked and if so for how long?

Hummmmm.. My dehydrater makes yummy and crispy bannana chips..
But I do know there is a way to bake them on low in your oven, but I just dont know the specifics...sorryHugs

Other Meds: Levlite- Continious Birtcontrol, Micardis-40mg for High Blood Pressure
Meds I have Tried:
Topamax,Tofranil, Elmiron, Atarax, Cymbalta, Elavil, Enablex, Detral La, Prydium.
Lexapro< Bad reaction to this med!
Intstills, could not continue them due to some kind of reaction after 3rd instill. Tasted the lidocaine in my mouth, tongue and lips went numb then went into what seemed like a panic attack. Shaking, racing heart, tingling face/head, blood pressure shot up..
Dx With IC in Nov 2006 with Hydro/Cysto
Hydro/Cysto Caused Bladder to Rupture.
Other Dxs-Vulvodynia,Fibro, Endo, IBS, HPV, Migraines, Spastic Colon, Mild Dysplasia.

How do you use your dehydrater? Do you have an expensive one? Maybe I can google it. I always forget about googling.

It was not to expensive, I bought it at walmart..
But it does have a thermastat on it and I dehydrate them on the highest temp..I wish I could eat apple chips because it makes great apple chips to..Hugs

Mine doesn't have a thermostate. It has holes in the lid and you turn it so far what kind of dehyrdation you want. Well, at least I know how to make different flavored rubber.
