PFD therapy
i will repost here. my uro wants me to look into pelvic floor therapy. she is recomemding someone in san francisco, i am unable to get there once a week. i need to look for someone closer i work 45 hrs a week, 2 younger kids and take care of my parents. being that it was the weekend thought i would post in case anyone in north bay area is currently seeing anyone for this? sonoma county. i will check with my insurance on monday but thought if i could get a jump on it. thanks

Just some input - take the PT slow. I had five months of it, once a week, and it has made me worse. I have hip and back pain I never had before and the symptoms we were trying to get rid of are exactly the same...some days worse. My urogyno finally threw in the towel for the time being. Hope you get some relief and you find someone close.

Thank you for the info. my uro said I would know within about 4-5 sessions.
