If anyone has a Chamberlins Health Food store around them then you may want to try something called a Boomi Almond Bar.The ingredients are almonds, honey, & protein. They are also gluten free. They are a little dry but I enjot them for a different type of snack. Let me know what you think

Susan, wish I had a Chamberlins...
I also found a new snack that I'm enjoying. I found these at Costco. It's Mrs. May's naturals. They had a variety pack of Almond Crunch, Cashew Crunch and Pumpkin Crunch. All three are very good and the Cashew Crunch is especially tasty. All natural ingredients with nothing to hurt the bladder unless you are sensitive to the nuts. Fairly low in sugars (good for this pre-diabetic!). But not especially low in calories.... that's good for me since I was losing weight on the diet.
If you don't have a Costco, you can just google Mrs Mays naturals and order online. Just thought I would share.
