The Woes of the IC Diet
Yes ladies and gentlemen, I did a very stupid thing. I get horrid cravings when I'm premenstrual, and by gosh I think I indulged every last one of them (save fried pickles...mmm...fried pickles...) Yesterday alone, I had a cup of decaf Earl Grey (still hurts), two cokes, dark chocolate, Taco Bell, and a milkshake. IC? What's that? Oh! That's why my bladder is on FIRE. I was wondering about that...

I understand the desire, but maybe I have too good memory of the pain to want to actually eat it....

Ok, now you've put me into a flare! I guess sometimes you have to do it, but paying the price later is always a pain. I've been on the IC Diet for a month, prior to that I could pretty much eat whatever I wanted ... not no more! One thing's for sure, it's healthier eating! LOL

Wine would be my big weakness!!
Wine or Nachos..........
But I'd better clear a few days out on the planner for that, ehh??
All my freinds are drinking wine and eating tasty food tonight, and I am in bed w/ a bottle water, cramps, and a bad attitude.
******sigh*******
WAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Hugs and Wishes for Pain FREE days!!,
