    North DFW Urology?

Anyone use North DFW urology or does anyone know anything about Dr. Rufus Green with some other metro group?

I am not familiar with that group. When I was living in the area up until a few months ago, I was using a Dr. in UANT in Fort Worth. That is now I believe the biggest urology group in the country and they have offices throughout the metroplex.

Good luck with your new Dr.

Thanks Jolene - I just saw your post today. I CANNOT find a doc who does the botox in this area. My doc was with the group I mentioned and he is the one that won't see me anymore because of my outstanding balance. He is the only one who does the botox that I can find. I called one office and asked the nurse if the doc used botox and she said "no he does only urology, no cosmetic"! I took that as a definate NO! I am trying to figure out if there are no other docs in the area that do the botox if this other doc can refuse treatment on me since he is the only one that can provide the procedure that has given my life back to me. That seems really unethical - the whole thing borders on it anyway. Oh well....thanks for replying back!

i answered your pm, but i forgot to tell you that uant does have drs that do botox. it was offered to me a few years ago, but at that time, insurance was balking at paying for it.

good luck finding someone. i do like uant. i've been to 3 drs there and am now working on #4. lol. 1 was too far away, and the other 2 (men) just aren't my style. i prefer a woman when it comes to bladder issues. i think they are a little more sympathetic. and they can explain how to do kegel exercises much better than a man can imo.
